프리미엄 홈스타일링 커머스 ‘인테리어티쳐’가 36억원 규모 시리즈 B 브릿지 투자 유치를 했다.
인테리어티쳐는 전문 홈스타일링 디자이너가 가구 구매전에, 3D로 프리미엄 가구 스타일링을 제안하는 커머스를 운영하고 있다.
이번 라운드에는 기존 주주인 하나벤처스, 스트롱벤처스, BSK 인베스트먼트의 주도 하에 탄탄하게 진행되었다. 누적 투자액은 100억원이다. 인테리어티쳐는 지난 3월 시리즈 A 투자 유치에 이어 기업 가치를 인정 받아 추가 자금을 안정적으로 확보했다. 회사측은 꾸준한 프리미엄 가구 구매 고객 유치로 매출 성장세를 유지했다는 점이 투자 요인으로 작용했다고 설명했다.
인테리어티쳐는 올 한해, 프리미엄 가구 스타일링을 희망하는 고객들에게 ‘전문 홈스타일링 디자이너의 3D 스타일링 제안’으로 뜨거운 호응을 받으며, 총 1,100건 이상의 프리미엄 홈스타일링 공간의 디자인 DB사례를 축적하고, 22년도 10월까지의 누적 매출액은 전년 누적 동기 대비 681% 성장하였다.
이번 투자 유치를 발판삼아 인테리어티쳐는 스타일링 서비스 범위를 확장해 나가고, 수익성 역시 극대화할 계획이다.오산인테리어업체이번 투자를 리드한 하나벤처스의 장준호 이사는 “인테리어티쳐의 강점은 프리미엄 가구 시장에 대한 차별화된 접근 방식과 인테리어티쳐만의 시장 및 고객 데이터를 확보할 수 있는 점이다”라며 “프리미엄 리빙 시장 전반에 적용할 수 있는 데이터 포인트를 기반으로 한 스타일링 서비스 및 커머스의 가치는 장기적으로 매우 중요해질 것”이라고 투자 취지를 밝혔다.
인테리어티쳐 박헌영 대표는 “어려운 스타트업 투자 환경 속에서도, 기존 투자사로부터의 인테리어티쳐의 가능성과 비전에 대한 신뢰를 바탕으로 후속투자를 얻을 수 있었다”라며, “이번 투자를 통해 확보한 자원을 기반으로, 소비자들에게 더욱더 편리하고 차원이 다른 프리미엄 홈스타일링 및 가구 구매 경험을 제공하여, 프리미엄 가구 구매하기 전에 우리 집에 어울릴지 두려움의 고민이 아닌 확신을 줄 수 있는 전문 서비스가 되겠다”고 포부를 밝혔다.

3일 관련 업계에 따르면 가구 유통 기업 이케아 코리아는 새해 들어 원격 채널을 통한 기업과 소비자 간 거래(B2C)·기업 간 거래(B2B) 인테리어 디자인 서비스를 론칭했다.
이케아의 인테리어 디자인 서비스는 일반 주거 공간을 대상(B2C)으로 하는 ’인테리어 디자인 서비스'와 비즈니스 공간을 대상(B2B)으로 하는 '비즈니스 인테리어 디자인 서비스'로 운영된다.
이케아 인테리어 디자이너가 1대1 상담을 바탕으로 가구, 홈 액세서리 등을 포함한 공간에 어울리는 제품의 조합과 배치, 공간 활용 계획, 3차원(3D) 도면을 포함한 공간 스타일링 등을 제안하는 방식이다.
해당 서비스는 가구, 홈액세서리 등만으로 공간을 꾸미고자 하는 고객을 위한 '베이직'과 마감재 등을 포함한 통합 솔루션을 원하는 고객을 위한 '플러스'로 구분된다. 원하는 서비스 범위를 선택해 더 합리적인 가격으로 이용할 수 있다.
이케아 코리아 관계자는 "이케아의 홈퍼니싱 전문성을 바탕으로 주거공간부터 소규모 비즈니스 공간까지 다양한 니즈를 충족하는 인테리어 디자인 서비스를 낮은 가격으로 제공해 시장 확대를 도모하고자 한다"고 설명했다.
한샘, 현대리바트 등 기존의 인테리어 사업을 영위하던 가구 기업들도 통합 플랫폼을 통한 '브랜드화'로 점유율 높이기에 나서고 있다.
한샘은 고품질과 책임시공, 부분시공 등의 다양한 선택지를 내걸고 인테리어 사업을 강화하고 있다. 먼저 통합 플랫폼 구축을 통해 1만개 이상의 홈리모델링 시공사례와 비대면 3D견적 등의 기능으로 고객 유입을 유도한다. 온·오프라인 연계(O2O)를 통한 고관여 고객의 유입을 늘리는 전략도 전개한다.
또 한샘 종합시공사를 육성하고, 정보 탐색부터 사후관리(AS)까지 한샘이 직접 관리하는 '무한책임 리모델링' 체계로 신뢰성 높이기에 나섰다. 이사를 가지 않아도 공사를 진행할 수 있는 '부분시공 패키지 상품'을 통해 과거 리모델링 진행 시 소비자들이 겪는 불편함도 최소화한다는 방침이다.
현대리바트도 지난해 선보인 토탈 인테리어 브랜드 '리바트 집테리어'를 주축으로 영업망 확장을 지속한다. 리바트 집테리어는 주방가구·욕실·창호·바닥재·벽지 등 현대리바트의 모든 인테리어 제품에 대한 상담부터 공간 컨설팅, 구매까지 원스톱으로 제공하는 토탈 인테리어 브랜드다.
현대리바트는 지난 3월 서울 강남구 논현동 소재 가정용 가구 전시장을 리뉴얼해 '리바트 초대형 플래그십 스토어를 선보인데 이어, 현대백화점과 현대프리미엄아울렛 주요 점포에 토탈 인테리어 전시장을 확대할 계획이다.
플랫폼을 기반으로 한 인테리어 기업들도 오프라인 공간을 조성하며 소비자 이목 끌기에 나서고 있다.
가상 인테리어 플랫폼 어반베이스는 최근 한화리조트와 손잡고 리빙 복합문화공간인 '어반베이스 동탄'을 열었다. 인테리어 애호가들이 자신만의 취향을 더 깊고 다채롭게 경험할 수 있는 곳으로 꾸몄다.
특히 어반베이스의 실감형 기술을 공간 곳곳에 적용한 피지털(Physical+Digital)로 구현했다. 전시 제품은 3D 모델링이 완료돼, 가상 공간에서 시뮬레이션이 가능하며 증강현실(AR)로 실제 공간에 배치해볼 수 있다.
인테리어 서비스 스타트업 아파트멘터리도 지난해 연말까지 리빙 격전지 용산 아이파크몰에 팝업스토어를 운영하며 소비자 접점 확대에 나섰다.
아파트멘터리는 살면서 고칠 수 있는 리모델링 서비스 'A-스테이'와 가심비 패키지 '파이브 스탠다드', 자재 프랜드 '파츠' 등을 출시하며 셀프·소규모 시공 수요도 겨냥했다.
업계 관계자는 "인테리어 시장의 회복기를 정확히 예측할 수는 없지만 회복 국면은 언젠가 올 것이고 중장기적으로 잠재성이 높은 시장"이라며 "향후 브랜드 중심의 시장이 될 가능성이 높다고 보고, 어려운 시기일수록 후퇴하지 않고 투자하는 것이 중요하다"고 말했다.
KCC글라스(회장 정몽익)의 인테리어 전문 브랜드 ‘홈씨씨 인테리어’가 인테리어 디자인 트렌드 세미나인 ‘2023/24 트렌다이브(TRENDIVE)’를 개최했다고 30일 밝혔다.
트렌다이브는 건설사, 건축사무소, 인테리어사, 가전사 등 주요 고객사 담당자를 대상으로 올해 모델하우스 트렌드를 분석하고 내년에 주목해야 할 인테리어 트렌드를 선정해 소개하는 세미나다. 코로나19 재확산 우려로 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 웨비나(웹+세미나)로 개최된 이번 세미나는 약 150여개 기업에서 600여명이 참석했다.
홈씨씨 인테리어는 이번 세미나에서 불확실성이 커진 현재의 삶 속에서 본질에 대한 중요성을 인식시키고자 23/24년 인테리어 트렌드 메인 테마로 ‘본질(Essential)’을 선정했다. 또 △일상의 균형(Balance) △개별성의 표출(Expression) △자연의 자취(Trace) 등 3가지 서브 테마를 통해 사회적 이슈와 다양한 사례를 바탕으로 한 인테리어 트렌드를 제안했다.
‘일상의 균형’은 정서적 회복을 통해 일상의 균형을 유지하려는 라이프 스타일을 테마로 따뜻하고 부드러운 느낌의 미니멀리즘 컨셉을 추구하는 감성적인 인테리어다.
‘개별성의 표출’은 나노사회로의 전환속에서 자신의 의견을 표출하고자 하는 이들을 위한 표현의 공간이 테마인 인테리어로 과감한 면분할과 생생한 컬러, 볼드한 패턴이 특징이다.
‘자연의 자취’는 자연에 대한 새로운 시각을 바탕으로 자연과의 공존의 의미가 담긴 테마로 자연과 인공의 융합을 모티브로 한 인테리어다.
